Refund policy

Products may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Defective goods are eligible for full refund, repair, or replacement. Terms subject to Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014.
