Frequently Asked Questions

Payment can be made through all credit cards and debit cards enabled for online transactions. Payment can also be made as cash on delivery.

As mentioned in our privacy policy, we do not collect or receive your card information, and your money is collected directly through our bank payment gateway. If you think that your card has been compromised, immediately report the same to your card issuing bank.

If a product is out of stock when you are adding it to your cart, you will be informed immediately and the product won't get added. If the product is out of stock after it has been added to your cart but before check out is completed, you will be informed at the time of check out. You then need to remove it from your cart before proceeding to check out. If a product goes out of stock after you placed the order and received an order-confirmation, then we will put our best to fulfill the order by sourcing the selected product. In circumstances that we are not able to source it for you, or if it is take longer than 4 days to ship, we will inform you about the delay and cancel the order, and shall reverse any charges made to your credit / debit card against that product.

Standard delivery cost is 1 KD.

Returns/exchanges are permitted within 14 days of delivering the order. Items returned/exchanged should be in their original condition, not used, tags attached and in their original package.

The products will be collected within 2 days of the return request initiation. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your funds will be processed within 5 business days and refunded to the original payment method, less the delivery charge of the returned item.
